2. M/S Sajid Salt Works Plot No 11&12 Po. Devla Ta. Jamnusar, Dist. Bharuch Pin 392040 We have revised supplementary bill for slowness of meter of 75 KW Industrial connection from Rs. 2072967=00 to Rs.263000=00 from grievances redressal mechanism of H'able GERC and DGVCL appeal to H'able Gujarat High court is also dismissed. Total saving of Rs.18,00, 000=00.Also the case was ordered in our favour and against DGVCL High court case no C/LPA/459/2022, judgement of this case was in favour of consumer.
3. Completed Electrical consulting work for 275 KVA H T Industrial power connection of M/S SUNSIL, Plot No D-2/E-25, DAHEJ II(GIDC), Gujarat, Vagra, Bharuch Gujarat pin 392130.
4. Supplementary bill of Jai Ambe Vidyalaya At Kosamdi Ta. Ankleshwar. Dist. Bharuch issued under section 126 of IE act amounting Rs.1,14,684=00 was also cancelled by appellate authority and wrong average bill issued was also corrected. Thus, total saving of Rs. 149690=00.
5. Rs. 19000=00 are credited for wrong recovery of bill to HT consumer M/S White Rose salt as detected by us during annual audit of bills.
6. CGRF order for wrong implementation of RGPU tariff and @20 paisa per unit tariff is reduced to total @60000 consumers of 11 villages in Bharuch district like Zadeshwar, Bholav, Nandelav, Chavaj, umraj, Sherpura, Manubar, Kanthariya, vagra, Palej, by us.
